Terms of service
Payments
- Deposits are required for ALL appointments.
- Balance can be paid with Cash, Card, Apple Pay or Zelle.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable
- If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a late fee
- You may reschedule your appointment online with 24 hour notice :)
- You may reschedule once per deposit
- Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of you remaining balance. If you are 30 minutes late your appointment is deemed as cancelled.
- No Call No Show will be charged 50% of the remaining balance for your service.
Other Policies
- ALL refills must have 40-50% of existing lashes (less than this will result in additional fee)
- Full set is required after three fill-ins
- Please remove contacts before lash service
- Please arrive with clean lashes to avoid our cleaning fee
- No guest are allowed. Including children. This policy is in place to ensure that all clients have a relaxing experience. Thank you for your cooperation!
Any service before or after business hours (Including holidays) will be considered for an additional $40 fee. Please call 404-615-7769 for appointments outside of normal hours.
