Payments

• A deposit is required for all appointments.
• Balance can be paid with card on file
• Cash Tips are appreciated 

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable 
• You may reschedule your appointment online with 24 hour notice :)
• You may reschedule only once per deposit
• Same day cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If you are 30 minutes late your appointment may be deemed as cancelled.
• No Call No Show will be charged the cancellation fee
• All services are nonrefundable
• After 48 hours we are no longer responsible for your lashes.

Other Policies

• Please remove contacts before lash service
• Please arrive with clean lashes to avoid our makeup removal fee
• Please keep phone calls brief as we would like to maintain a relaxing environment.
• No guest are allowed. Including children. This policy is in place to ensure that all clients have a relaxing experience. Thank you for your cooperation!

Any service before or after business hours (Including holidays) will be considered for an additional $40 fee. Please call 470-834-5862 for appointments outside of normal hours and house calls.
